    If you're not a Music Major, Minor, or Graduate Student and this is your first time trying to access a School of Music form using your UMD login credentials, please complete the Student Login Request Form: https://apply.music.umd.edu/register/loginrequest. You should be able to use your UMD directory login information to log into School of Music forms within two business days of submitting the Student Login Request Form.
